Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by NZ Post and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date.
The NZ Post delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide.
Note: Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons, custom medals, coins & lapel pins. If a product has a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page.

Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection?
Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by NZ Post.

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover?

Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time.

What's excluded from our Instant Price Match guarantee?
Shipping and handling costs are excluded. However, our $9.90 flat-rate Express shipping stands as the most affordable and quickest option available in New Zealand. No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Instant Price Match. Price matching is only applicable at the time of placing your online order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
